I have back injury from.. 1994.. I have learned to deal with the chronic pain.. In 2005.. I was in a serious car accident. my neck has never been the same.. I was referred by a friend.. in 2 visit.. i am already feeling less pain in my lumbar area and hips.. His prices are reasonable.. I look forward.. to getting my back strong..

Dr. Pete is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. I first came to him because my husband suggested he may be able to help with my migraines that I had been having since I was very young. I thought that I had already tried all that I could until I went to an introduction where Dr. Pete spent an hour going over the spine, the body, and how they connect and how important it is to keep everything aligned and healthy. I was very interested in learning more so I scheduled an appointment to meet with him and discuss my medical history with him to see if he could possibly find a reason for these awful migraines I'd been experiencing. He decided to take some x-rays just to see what was going on and right off the bat we were both blow away! My whole body was crooked and in my upper neck there were a few shifted vertebrae that as soon as he started aligning everything, my migraines stopped! I had been suffering from these debilitating migraines for nearly 20 years and I cannot thank Dr. Pete enough for his incredible chiropractic services. Also, I want to thank his wonderful wife, Sonya for all the amazing sweets she bakes! Delicious! I highly recommend Granite Bay Spine and Body.

hands down the best place you can go around here for Chiropractic work. I got referred by a friend of mine who has really bad back issues and Dr Pete has really helped him! i went in the first time about 2 year ago maybe just for a routine adjustment. I do a lot of Running and fitness stuff and im always pushing my body so i always try to get adjusted at least once a month or so, i had a great experience the first time and just continued to go back when i had time. I really noticed a difference back in late 2016! i had a REALLY bad knee issue from running and i spent thousands of dollars going to different Doctors and specialists all over the state and then i thought about talking to Pete about it and i had tried everything!!! you can think of!!! Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy, Special Doctors, new shoes, Inserts for shoes, and the list goes on! i made an appointment to talk to Pete and told him what was going on and everything i had tried already. He looked me over and checked a few things and then He took a few X-rays of my back and Hips (i didn't understand why in the heck he was looking at my back and Hips when the issue was my knee but i figured i would go along with it) when we looked at the X-Rays you could see that my hips were WAY out of alignment! way more then the average person. With all the running, lifting i do, and all the strain i put on my body an issue like this would be amplified big time. he explained everything to me and i figured i would give it a try. Pete and i agreed that i would Stop running completely for 2 weeks and i would come in 3 times a week to see him and get adjusted to try and get my Hips/lowerback back where they needed to be. i did that and after 2 weeks (and 10 weeks of completely banging my head against the wall and doing everything i/anyone could think of and going to every type of doctor you can think of!!) i went on a short 6 mile run and had NO pain at all!!!! i felt amazing! basically what happened was my hips were so far out and it was putting so much stress on my right leg with every step the knee finally gave up, the weakest point started to hurt. I had already tried to take time off before i saw Pete so i knew it wasn't the rest that helped. We check my hips/legs before and after the 2 weeks, then again after i started to run again and everything was back in place. If it wasn't for Pete thinking outside the box and looking at my whole body IDK if i would have ever figured it out. No other DR or anyone ever looked at my hips or back or anything! they only looked at the knee that was hurting through the whole process! I would strongly suggest anyone i know to go see Pete for anything! even if you just need a standard/routine check up or if you have major issues like i did. Since this i have looked more in to the Science of Chiropractic work and relieved that there is WAY more to it then just adjusting you neck or back. I was kind of a skeptic of it in the past and thought it might just be a another "Silver Bullet" or something along those lines but now im a firm believer in it and i can tell a huge difference in just my over all health when i don't get adjusted. I recover better, i do Not get sick anymore, i am not as tired, i sleep a lot better, i have way more energy! if i dont go at least 2-3 times a month i feel like crap and i have all the opposite affects as above. I found Dr. Strombeck on FB and he was advertising his our Advanced Joint Pain Relief Program. I was looking into this procedure for a while as I was in a terrible car accident Dec 17, 1988. Skeptically, I scheduled an appointment. I am so glad I did!! Dr. Strombeck and his staff are kind, fun, honest, happy, into being healthy and the real thing!! So glad I found this place and you will too!! Invest in health, invest in you!!!.

Thanks to Dr. P my migraines have also completely disappeared. I was having a migarine at least once every three days. Now since I have been havimg my treatments I have had a very mild one in 3 Months. My life has so improved, I can't say enough how great Dr. P and staff are and they are the greatest. Can't recommend this treatment or Dr. P enough.

I highly recommend Dr Strombeck! As an athlete and a runner I beat up my body a lot. I notice a difference in my runs and recovery after an adjustment. Dr Strombeck is so knowledgeable and he truly believes in healing his patients. He has helped my dad through a lot of back pain, injury, and surgery over the years.

Dr.Pete truly cares for his patients. It is eye opening as he shares how our health is directly connected to a healthy spine. My wife and I were blessed by him. He is like an angel sent from God.

I went to Dr. Strombeck because I was experiencing lower back pain due to equipment I wear at work. He is amazing and ended up giving me more sessions than I had paid for. He truly treats each patient as a friend and not just a client to make money off of. Each year my wife and I go on a several trips to Disney Land and usually by day 2 if not end of day 1 my lower back would be on fire and I would be in serious pain. I just ended a 4 day trip that included a minimum of 13 miles a day of walking in the parks and I had no back pain at all! It was amazing. My feet are killing me but that’s another story ;-). I have to attribute my sessions with Dr. Strombeck as the reason I had no pain during this trip which is something I had always had! I highly recommend him if you are in pain. He not only fixes you but he teaches you about spine health and how important it is to our bodies and lives.
